Metode Pengendalian dan Pengelolaan SDM: Kajian Literatur Sistematis Tahun 2020-2024

Abstract


This research aims to analyze various methods of human resource (HR) control and management through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The transformation in HR management with the emergence of new technologies and innovative control methods requires a comprehensive study to identify research trends and gaps. The research method uses SLR techniques to analyze 12 selected scientific articles published between 2020-2024. Literature searches were conducted on Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar. The results show that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are the most dominant instruments used in HR control and management (33.3%), followed by Management Control Systems (25%). Qualitative research methods dominate with a percentage of 41.7%, indicating the importance of in-depth exploration of control system implementation. Blockchain technology is beginning to emerge as an innovation (16.7%) to enhance transparency, security, and accountability in employee performance assessment. Management Control Systems have been proven to significantly influence employee performance through the provision of structure, feedback, and motivation. This research makes a significant contribution in classifying current research trends and identifying gaps for future research, particularly regarding blockchain technology integration, industry-specific KPI development, and Management Control System optimization.
